Nàdarra offer global complimentary shipping.

For International orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending in which country you reside. Nàdarra is not responsible for the payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware this may delay our delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

DELIVERY

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once we have shipped your order you will be sent an email to the address provided during checkout.

For UK customers please expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days once dispatched.

For European customers please expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days once dispatched.

For all other International's customers please expect to receive your order within 8-12 days once dispatched.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

TERMS

Each Nàdarra piece undergoes strict quality control checks before being dispatched. However, if you are dissatisfied in anyway we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs, customs and import duties) to items which are returned within 14 days of you receiving your order, in the same unused condition and in the original packaging. Any item which is not in the same condition as it was when it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. Any sum debited from your credit or debit card will be re credited to your account as soon as the goods are received and processed.

If you would like to return an item you must inform us of the intention to return/replace via email on hello@nadarra-studio.com before returning or exchanging items.

The customer is responsible for costs incurred in returning the goods.

Customers within the UK are responsible for organising return shipment using their preferred local courier/postal service. We recommend you obtain proof of postage and/or tracking number and arrange insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Customers outside of the UK should email us on hello@nadarra-studio.com. We will create a return shipping label and deduct the cost from the amount to be refunded.

We will, however, cover the return cost for faulty items or items damaged in transit to you. In this case please email hello@nadarra-studio.com with photographic evidence. We ask that you do this within 48 hrs of receiving the item.

OUR GOODS

Please note our garments are dyed by hand, in small batches, using plants and fruits. There can be slight colour variation between each batch therefore the garment you receive may differ slightly in tone from the picture on the website.

Whilst we try to display the colours of our products on our website as accurately as possible please note that photography can sometimes alter the colour of the items. Also as computer monitors, tables and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that colours will be exactly as they appear on your device.
